The right to withdraw within 14 days for distance trading

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery.

Thus, according to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights , the period of returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:

- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the ordered goods

Before the expiration of the 14-day period you have the obligation to inform us about your decision to return the products.

  • The products must be unsealed, unused and undamaged.
  • Article 16
  • - (e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

Perfumery and cosmetics that have been unsealed can not be returned

  • Samples can not be returned

Parfumas.ro will confirm to the Customer, without delay, on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, the confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request within a maximum of 2 working days.

  • Return transport fee will be paid by the buyer.
  • Returned products must contain the original labels intact, and all documents with which they were delivered.
  • The products must also be in the same condition in which they were delivered and accompanied by all the accessories, gifts or other materials with which they were delivered.
  • The consumer is responsible for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from their handling.
  • Products whose packaging shows signs of wear, broken seals, torn / peeled foil, scratches, bumps, mechanical shocks are not accepted.

Make sure the returned product is protected during transport by:

  • suitable box
  • air bubbles or other materials that may provide the product with the necessary protection during transport
  • Improperly packaged products that have suffered damage as a result of return are not accepted.

We will pay the full amount received as payment from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which products get physical in our possession and meets all requirements above.

If the returned goods do not comply with the return policy, we undertake to notify the buyer in writing or by telephone of the irregularities found.
Products that do not meet the return requirements will be returned and the shipping fee will be borne by the original buyer.

If you do not know the perfume in your order, you can request a "Sample"

in the Checkout page in the "Order Comments" so avoiding the unpacking of the perfume ordered

  • When will I get my money back?

When we receive your parcel, we will confirm this via e-mail. This can take up to 5 days. 

 If you return the entire order, we will refund the whole amount. If you return only part of your order, we will refund you for the returned items.
